Watering Projects

Soil Injection

Cost (labor & materials) is based on the diameter of the tree and is usually done every one to two years. For example, the starting cost of a 10" diameter tree is $99.00 with each additional 10" tree, an additional $20.00.

Spraying

Is based on height and width of the crown. For example, the starting cost of a 15' to 20' tree with an average crown is $99.00 with each additional 15' to 20' tree, an additional $20.00. This may have to be done multiple times to get control.

Treatment : Preventative VS Curative

Preventative treatment on the left consists of soil injection of a long-lasting pesticide. River View Professional Landscapers recommends this method of treatment for both Emerald Ash Borers and Japanese Beetles. It can be done in either spring or fall and is safer for humans and pets since there is no overspray or drip.

The method on the right is curative and only kills visible insects. It has no residual effect AND may have to be done more than once. It is done when there is an active infesation and should be followed up with the preventative treatment in the fall.
